Tiburon Yacht Club Midwinter Series Racing

• When: Saturday Jan 23rd, Saturday Feb 13th and Saturday Mar 13th. First warning gun at 1:00pm.
• Where: Waters off Paradise Cay
• Divisions: Div 1: PHRF 150 and less; Div 2: PHRF greater than 150
• (* Note if there are less than 3 entries in any division, that division will be combined with another division for the series)
• Courses: To be selected by the Race Committee for each race from the 2010 TYC standard courses as posted on the TYC web site.

Waiver and Assumption of Liability: The undersigned wishes to enter the above race series and agrees to abide by the Racing Rules of Sailing and TYC Sailing Instructions (available on the club web site www.tyc.org or at the club). The undersigned further agrees to hold the TYC, its officers and all committees concerned blameless and free of liability of any nature whatsoever for any accident to him/herself, crew, boat or others. If the undersigned is found to be at fault by a final protest committee decision, or admits such fault in an accident involving damage to property or persons during the regatta, the undersigned agrees to pay any insurance deductible expense incurred by the other parties involved in the accident who are not at fault.
