TYC H.O. Lind Series - 2012

Enjoy Summer Racing on the smooth waters off Paradise Cay, Marin. TYC hosts its annual H.O. Lind Series where we welcome racers who want friendly series racing one Saturday each month!

WHEN: June 16th, July 14th & Aug 18th – 3 races each day – first warning: 12 noon.

WHERE: the waters off Paradise Cay

Divisions: 2 - PHRF Spinnaker and PHRF Non-spinnaker.

Courses: To be selected by the Race Committee for each race from the TYC standard courses as posted on the TYC web site

Waiver and Assumption of Liability: The undersigned wishes to enter the above race series and agrees to abide by the Racing Rules Sailing and TYC Sailing Instructions (available on the club web site www.tyc.org or at the club). The undersigned further agrees to hold the TYC, its officers and all committees concerned blameless and free of liability of any nature whatsoever for any accident to him/herself, crew, boat or others. If the undersigned is found to be at fault by a final protest committee decision, or admits such fault in an accident involving damage to property or persons during the regatta, the undersigned agrees to pay any insurance deductible expense incurred by the other parties involved in the accident who are not at fault.
