TYC Friday Night Racing 2012

Kick off your weekend by racing on the smooth waters off Paradise Cay, Marin and then enjoy TYC Friday Night hospitality with drinks and dinners most Fridays. TYC welcomes racers who want friendly racing, whether you are expert or just a beginner!

WHEN: Every Friday starting May 18th until August 31st - First warning gun at 6:30pm.

WHERE: the waters off Paradise Cay

Divisions: To be announced before the first warning signal. If more than 3 entries for any class, they will be allocated their own division.

Courses: To be selected by the Race Committee for each race from the TYC Friday Night courses as posted on the TYC web site

Waiver and Assumption of Liability: The undersigned wishes to enter the above race series and agrees to abide by the Racing Rules Sailing and TYC Sailing Instructions (available on the club web site www.tyc.org or at the club). The undersigned further agrees to hold the TYC, its officers and all committees concerned blameless and free of liability of any nature whatsoever for any accident to him/herself, crew, boat or others. If the undersigned is found to be at fault by a final protest committee decision, or admits such fault in an accident involving damage to property or persons during the regatta, the undersigned agrees to pay any insurance deductible expense incurred by the other parties involved in the accident who are not at fault.
