When:            Saturday July 31^st, 2010

                        One race – One Start – warning signal at 11:00am

Where:           San Francisco Bay / Angel Island / Alcatraz

Divisions:        Two divisions to be determined on the day of the race.  The Race Committee will determine the PHRF split to equalize fleets.

Courses:         Both divisions will sail the same course:

                        Start, TYC-P, then – sail around Angel Island, Alcatraz and Red Rock in any order (figure-of-eight OK) – TYC-S – Finish

Sailing Instructions will be posted on the TYC web site (www.tyc.org) by July 24^th, 2010

Waiver and Assumption of Liability: The undersigned wishes to enter the above race series and agrees to abide by the Racing Rules of Sailing and TYC Sailing Instructions (available on the club web site www.tyc.org or at the club). The undersigned further agrees to hold the TYC, its officers and all committees concerned blameless and free of liability of any nature whatsoever for any accident to him/herself, crew, boat or others. If the undersigned is found to be at fault by a final protest committee decision, or admits such fault in an accident involving damage to property or persons during the regatta, the undersigned agrees to pay any insurance deductible expense incurred by the other parties involved in the accident who are not at fault.
