TYC Friday Night Racing

When:              Every Friday starts May 21^st and finishes Sept 10^th (No race on Sept 3^rd)– 16 races, no series scoring, First warning signal – 6:30pm.

Where:             Waters off Paradise Cay

Divisions:        Will vary – divisions will be announced on each Friday

Courses:          To be selected by the Race Committee for each race from the 2010 TYC Friday Night courses as posted on the TYC web site. (www.tyc.org)

Entry Fee:  $50 (or $5 each for individual race)

Waiver and Assumption of Liability: The undersigned wishes to enter the above race series and agrees to abide by the Racing Rules of Sailing and TYC Sailing Instructions (available on the club web site www.tyc.org or at the club). The undersigned further agrees to hold the TYC, its officers and all committees concerned blameless and free of liability of any nature whatsoever for any accident to him/herself, crew, boat or others. If the undersigned is found to be at fault by a final protest committee decision, or admits such fault in an accident involving damage to property or persons during the regatta, the undersigned agrees to pay any insurance deductible expense incurred by the other parties involved in the accident who are not at fault.
